Who is responsible
ORICHALQUE, SASU, 983 937 731 RCS Paris, 26 rue Bosquet, 75007 Paris, France, is responsible for the personal data used to run Lutetia Below. Questions and rights requests: [email protected].
What the game uses
We store your email, admission status and sign-in records to manage the waiting list and account access. Once you play, the server stores your character, rooms, belongings, actions and communications needed to maintain the shared world. Other players can see your public character and actions in the game. Messages are delivered to the people or places you choose.
The service also processes connection information, including network addresses, to respond to requests and limit abuse. Essential cookies keep you signed in. Browser storage remembers settings and tutorial progress; if you arrive through an existing referral link it can also remember that referral for 30 days.
Why and on what basis
We use account and game data to provide the service you request. We use proportionate connection and activity records for our legitimate interests in securing the service, investigating faults and preventing abuse. We use your waiting-list email to answer your request for access. We do not treat joining the list as permission for unrelated marketing.
Email and AI conversations
Service emails are sent through Postmark when online email delivery is enabled. When you talk to an AI resident, your message and relevant game context may be sent from our server to OpenAI to generate that resident’s response. Do not put passwords or information unrelated to the game into those conversations. AI replies and relevant dialogue history may be stored as part of the game’s records.
Service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Their applicable contractual safeguards and data-processing terms govern those transfers. You can contact us for information about the providers and safeguards used for the running service.
Storage and deletion
World records and backups preserve player progress and the history needed to recover the game. The current game does not automatically erase those records after a fixed period. Write to us to request deletion of your account, waiting-list entry or personal messages. We will assess what can be deleted or anonymised, including references in the shared world and backups, and explain any information that must be retained and why. Withdrawing from the list stops admission messages; it is not the same as deleting every stored record.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests where applicable. We may ask for information needed to verify that the request is yours. Contact [email protected]. You can also complain to the French data protection authority, CNIL.
